Job Details:

• Provide specialized nursing care for cardiac and thoracic post-operative surgical patients
• Work in a stepdown unit environment requiring close monitoring and assessment of recovering surgical patients
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition for high-acuity post-surgical cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize clinical skills specific to cardiac and thoracic surgical recovery care
