ICU RN Job in Lebanon, IN

Witham Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Intensive Care Unit in Lebanon, IN. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• $2,047.68 weekly pay
• Every 3rd weekend required; may increase to every other weekend
• Holiday rotation required (generally 3 of 6 major holidays)
• No call requirements
• Maximum 7 days requested time off

Role & Responsibilities

• Patient ratio of 1:2 in ICU setting
• Care for ICU and progressive care patients requiring pressors, sedation, thrombolytic therapy, electrolyte replacement, cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator/BiPAP support
• Perform bedside procedures including chest tube placement, intubation, line placement, cardioversions, lumbar punctures, and thoracentesis
• May administer conscious sedation
• May float to med/surg units as needed
• May float or take call at the Center of Hope (20 minutes from main ER)

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH certifications
• SANE certification required at time of submission
• First-time travelers accepted
