Echo Technologist Job in Port Charlotte, FL

Join HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital as an Echo Technologist on a backfill travel assignment. You'll perform echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound procedures while working rotating weekends alongside hospital staff.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekend coverage
• Duration: 84 weeks
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,190
• Credential Required: Allied Health Professional

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiographic and cardiac ultrasound procedures according to departmental protocols
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality control standards for all cardiac imaging studies
• Work rotating weekend and holiday schedules in coordination with hospital employees
• Provide technical expertise and support during cardiac imaging procedures
• Follow all Radiology department protocols and procedures

Facility Requirements:

• Required scrub color: Black (Radiology department)
• Parking: Third or fourth floor of the parking garage for all shifts
• Work scheduled according to facility policy and departmental needs
