Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Home health experience preferred but will consider all PTA experience
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience
• South Carolina PTA license required (pending license accepted but must obtain prior to starting)
• BLS certification required
• Guaranteed hours based on hours signed
• Conduct approximately 6 patient visits per day
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, wound care, cardiac, renal, and generalized weakness diagnoses
• Must be comfortable working with various equipment including crutches, gait belts, prosthetics, walkers, and shoulder slings
• Experience with conditions such as hip fractures, post-operative surgeries, spinal conditions, joint replacements, stroke rehabilitation, and traumatic brain injuries
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• All requested time off must be included on initial submission
• Strict attendance policy: missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation
• Must complete lab work within 24 hours after signing contract
• Compliance documents due 5 business days prior to start date
