Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• 40 hours per week with schedule options of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts accepted
• Shift times: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM or 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Weekend coverage required every third weekend
• Call required: one weekday per week and one weekend per month (24 hours Saturday/Sunday)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Charting system experience required; documentation system is Cerner
• Medication system: Omnicell
• Communication system: SBAR
• Scrubs provided
• Patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics; no pediatrics
• Average daily census of 20 cases per day across 7 operating rooms
• Required skills include but are not limited to: Ambulatory OR, General OR, Trauma, Laparoscopic Assisted Cases, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon Resection, Hernia Repair, Mastectomy, Scrub General Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Spinal Fusion, Robotic Surgery (Gastrointestinal, Gynecologic, and Urologic), and management of Gunshot/Stab Wounds and MVA cases
• Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
