PCU RN Job in Tucson, Arizona

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Tucson, Arizona. You will join the Resource Float Pool team, floating between two campuses to support various Adult Health units.

• Role Overview: You will float to Observation units (2), Med-Surg units (4), PCU, and IMC across 11 total units. You may occasionally float to the ED or PACU to care for Adult Health patients with inpatient orders. Your work schedule offers flexibility with varied assignments.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care. Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, participate in patient and family education, and maintain accurate medical records of assessment findings and patient responses.
• Physical Requirements: You must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and respond quickly to patient care needs.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS certification. Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience. You must have worked in an acute care setting within the past 12 months. Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and professional certification.
