CVOR RN Job in Webster, TX

HCA Houston Clear Lake is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN for a 13-week travel position. You'll work day shifts (7 AM–7 PM) on the 2nd floor of the Heart Tower, providing direct patient care in a specialized cardiovascular surgical environment.

Your Role

• Manage 1:1 patient ratios in the CVOR
• Work within a skill mix of four RNs and four surgical technicians daily
• Support three operating rooms and a team of 26 staff members
• May float to the Main OR as needed

Typical Procedures

• Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
• Valve replacement
• Carotid endarterectomy
• ECMO
• Angiogram
• Fistulagram and fistula creation
• Lower extremity bypass

What You'll Need

• Open heart and vascular surgery experience
• Operating room experience
• RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications

Additional Details

• On-call requirements average 4–5 days per month with approximately one weekend per month
• Meditech EMR system
• Scrubs provided by unit
• Schedule: 3x12 days
• Duration: 91 days, starting February 16, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40
