<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Perform various therapeutic physical therapy treatments according to physician direction with minimal supervision<br>• Interpret physician orders, evaluate patients, and formulate treatment plans to reach long and short term goals<br>• Interpret patient response to treatment and modify plans to fit current patient needs<br>• Participate in discharge planning and write/instruct patients in home programs<br>• Document treatment results and patient response to treatment in medical records<br>• Supervise and assist students during clinical rotations based on clinical experience level<br>• Maintain and clean department equipment<br>• Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy required<br>• Current Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision license as Physical Therapist required<br>• Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association required upon hire<br>• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, practices, techniques, equipment and procedures<br>• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology for patient evaluation and treatment<br>• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major academic medical center serves as a leading healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and advanced treatments.
