Physical Therapist Assistant

Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab Outpatient

Job Details:

• Block scheduling with every other weekend (EOW) coverage required
• Patient ratio of 1:1 during day shifts
• Approximately 12 visits per day
• Work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patient populations
• Assist in providing physical therapy treatments and performing procedures
• Document treatment progress and modify specific treatments within scope of care plan
• Required certification: BLS (must be AHA certified)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 7-year work history verification required
• Completion of non-billable orientation modules through e-learning system
• Skills required include various rehabilitation techniques, equipment usage, and treatment modalities
• Experience with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and post-operative care preferred
