Pediatrics CVICU RN Job in Atlanta, GA

Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• 2 years of CVPICU experience required - must be at a Children's facility, not just experience with a pediatric patient at a general population facility
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS (AHA Only), ACLS
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Georgia nursing license in hand required at time of submittal
• BSN preferred but not required
• First time travelers accepted if resume suggests needed skills
• Required skills include: infection control/PPE, isolation precautions/PPE, pediatric CVICU, PICU, ventilator management, and wound assessment/care
• Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics
• May float to ICU on multiple campuses including NICU, TICU, PICU, and CICU, as well as general pediatrics
• Med pass/fail test given - RN will be canceled if second test is not passed
