Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years experience in outpatient and ortho care required
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Design and modify therapeutic plans to help patients regain ability to perform daily activities
• Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness
• Engage in consultation, education, and research activities
• Maintain accurate patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Must be graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or permit from licensing board while awaiting licensure examination required
• Current CPR certification required
• Work in rural healthcare clinic setting providing outpatient orthopedic care
