ED RN Job in Janesville, WI

You will work as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, Wisconsin. This position offers night shift scheduling with a 91-day assignment beginning April 13, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,365.20.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to approved nursing protocols and facility policies
• Document patient care and clinical findings according to standards of care
• Utilize critical thinking to support patient safety and positive patient experience
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in department performance improvement activities and shared governance initiatives
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support continuity of patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• NIHSS certification
• TNCC or TNS certification
• Education verification
• Flu vaccination required

You may be assigned to work at the second Emergency Department location within Janesville as operational needs require. You will participate in the professional nursing continuum and peer review processes as part of your role with the department.
