Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 42-bed rehabilitation unit located on the 6th floor
• Patient ratio of 5:1 to 6:1 with 1 charge nurse per shift
• Work alongside 2-3 CNAs per shift
• Perform procedures including IV placement, foley catheterization, post-void residuals (PVRs), bladder/bowel programs, EKGs, and blood glucose monitoring
• Use Welch Allyn vital monitors and basic nursing equipment
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Minimum 1 year of current rehabilitation and/or medical/surgical acute care RN experience required
• BLS certification required
• Prior rehab RN experience in a freestanding rehabilitation center preferred
• CRRN certification preferred
• Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire
