Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week
• 9 to 11 call shifts per schedule, including after-hours and weekend call
• Schedule is six weeks in duration
• Must have experience working in both Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP)
• EP experience required
• Required certifications: RCIS, ACLS, BLS
• 3 to 5 years of experience required
• Responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring/recording during procedures
• May be required to float between campuses as needed
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Performs studies timely under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services
• Responsible and accountable for accurate and timely performance of assigned studies
