CT Technologist Job in Petersburg, WV

WVU Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekend coverage every third weekend. There are no call or standby requirements.

In this role, you'll perform a full range of CT imaging studies, including head, neck, spines, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, CTAs, and PE studies with run-offs. You'll average approximately 20 scans or studies per day using Canon department-specific equipment. You must be able to start IVs as part of your responsibilities. Float coverage to X-ray may be required as needed.

You'll document your work in MEDITECH with Merge RIS/PACS charting systems. There are no specific scrub color or dress code requirements for this position.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) Certified CT Technologist credential
• BLS (AHA) certification
• West Virginia Radiological Technologist or Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic CT License issued by the West Virginia Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board
• Radiography certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Demonstrated experience with head, neck, spines, chest, abdomen, pelvis, CTAs, and PE studies
• Run-off experience preferred
• Ability to start IVs

This 91-day assignment begins November 5, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,825.28.
