PCU RN Job in Franklin, NC

Angel Medical Center is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Care for mixed medical-surgical patients with a typical 6:1 patient ratio, occasionally 7:1
• Manage ICU and step-down patients with a 4:1 ratio (primarily step-down census)
• Float to the Emergency Department as needed
• Perform clinical procedures including thoracentesis, ventilator management, arterial lines, central lines, and dressing changes
• Work within the Cerner EMR system
• Maintain every-other-weekend availability

What We're Looking For

• RN degree required
• ICU or Step-Down/Progressive Care experience required
• At least one prior travel assignment required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with an outgoing demeanor

• Weekly Pay: $2,102.40
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
