Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Float to general care across campus outside of assigned ICU
• 1 major and 1 minor holiday requirement
• Epic access required
• 2 years of experience required
• Adult Critical Care and Adult ICU experience required
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Virginia license required
• Provide general adult care and adult critical care as needed
• Workload dependent on RVU basis with 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift
• ICU assignments may have higher RVU allocation
• One week department orientation followed by shadowing and training for general care
• Third week will be in charge of own assignment
