MRI Technologist Job in Lewistown, PA

GLH Geisinger Lewistown Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to join their diagnostic imaging team. This is a full-time travel position based in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

You will perform MRI imaging procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and image quality. Working with advanced magnetic resonance imaging equipment, you'll be responsible for patient care and technical competency in a busy diagnostic imaging department.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts
• Shift hours: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• No weekend or holiday work required

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• 2+ years experience in a level 1 trauma hospital
• Experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T equipment (Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida models)
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program—Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Compensation and Duration

Weekly pay: $3,168. This 90-day assignment begins July 6, 2026.
