CVOR Technologist Job in Denver, CO

You will work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at HCA HealthONE Swedish CO, a level I trauma facility in Denver. This is a rapid response position with on-call responsibilities and a 30-minute response time requirement.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Schedule: 4x12 nights (48 hours guaranteed per week)
• Weekly pay: $3,679.20
• Start date: May 19, 2026
• Float between Swedish and Aurora facilities

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide surgical support in 14 operating rooms with 1:1 patient ratios
• Manage rapid response and on-call duties with 30-minute response time
• Work night shift with 1 charge RN and 1 RN per operating room
• Support open heart procedures including AVR, MVR, CABG, Bentall, and dissection cases
• Demonstrate high level of accountability, expertise, and self-direction

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree with Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience
• Proficiency in open heart procedures including AVR/MVR/CABG/Bentall/Dissection
• Current certifications: BLS, DORA, and NBSTA (must be submitted with application)

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I trauma experience
• Experience with Meditech EMR system
