Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Every 3rd weekend and holidays as needed
• Float required between all Cone Health campuses if needed
• Patient ratio: 1:6 (occasionally 1:7 on rotating basis)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required - NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
• Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility
• Responsibilities include interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, vital signs monitoring, dressing changes, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and telephone triage
• Work in inpatient rehab department providing specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs
