Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities for Tuesday through Friday evenings
• 24-hour call required on Saturdays and Sundays
• Perform cardiac ultrasound procedures including transthoracic, stress, transesophageal, and intra-operative echocardiograms
• Work across inpatient, outpatient, and intraoperative settings
• Scan patients from the ER, inpatient floors, and outpatient scheduled appointments
• Ability to scan newborns for failed CCHD screenings required
• Must be able to work independently without additional technicians or supervisor on site
• Utilize Phillips EPIQ CV 30 equipment
• Document using Meditech and Merge systems
• Scrubs required as dress code
• Required certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and one of the following: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
