Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• 36 hours guaranteed weekly with expectation to work up to 40 hours<br>• Overtime must be approved by director prior to working any overtime hours<br>• See 12-14 patients per day with productivity expectation of 60 visits per week<br>• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected<br>• Float to other clinics as needed<br>• Must have single-state Colorado license or have already applied with confirmation provided<br>• Outpatient experience preferred<br>• New graduates not accepted<br>• First-time travelers accepted<br>• Travel team option available in this clinic or neighboring clinic</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates as part of a multi-clinic network providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services.
