PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work four 12-hour night shifts per week
• Float between inpatient units including Medical/Surgical, Medical/Surgical Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
• Prior travel experience mandatory
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult patient population
• Work with interdisciplinary support teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary
• Extensive skills required including cardiac telemetry, central line care, blood product administration, managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, wound care, and various specialized procedures
• Must be available to complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting offer
