MRI Technologist Travel Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

You will work as an MRI Technologist on a travel assignment at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. This is a short-term position lasting 89 days, beginning June 8, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, days schedule
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (primary) or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (alternate)
• No weekend coverage required
• On-call: one day per week
• Weekly pay: $2,774
• Overtime requires pre-approval

Your Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures
• Operate MRI equipment according to facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging studies

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential as MRI Technologist
• Minimum two years of MRI technologist experience
• Current certification: CERT-ARRT-MRI or CERT-ARMRIT
• One professional reference from your work history
• Credentialing completed one week before your start date
