<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM<br>• Typical nurse to patient ratio of 1:6<br>• Float to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care and JFW units<br>• Must be flexible with changing assignments during shift<br>• Every other weekend requirement<br>• On-call for low census situations<br>• Rotate holidays with permanent staff<br>• Required to work within strict 75-mile radius rule<br>• Caribbean blue scrubs required<br>• Telemetry monitoring on different units<br>• Work with ventilator equipment including BIPAP, CPAP, vapotherm, and Draegar<br>• Floor-specific orientation provided<br>• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS<br>• Use MEDITECH charting system<br>• BSN not required<br>• Minimum 2 years full-time experience and 1 successful travel assignment in acute care Med Surg unit required<br>• No first-time travelers accepted<br>• Interview required with Medical Solutions RN<br>• Cancellation policy allows 12 hours every 2 weeks</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical campus featuring a 483-bed main campus and 124-bed north campus.
