ICU RN Job in Dallas, TX

You will work as an RN in a 10-bed Oncology ICU at Medical City Dallas, providing direct patient care on a 3x12 night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This role offers you the opportunity to develop and apply strong intensive care skills in a structured environment.

• Patient Care: You will maintain 2:1 patient ratios and deliver comprehensive care including turning patients, titrating drips, dressing changes, and tracheostomy care. You will work with ventilated patients, BiPap equipment, arterial lines, CRRT, and IV pumps.
• Technology & Systems: You will use the Meditech EMR system and operate equipment including ventilators, CRRT machines, flow-track, and infusion pumps.
• Schedule & Operations: Report times are 6:45 AM and 6:45 PM. You will clock in and out for lunch breaks and work a rotating weekend schedule. You may float to all ICUs, PCU, and BMT units as needed.
• Required Qualifications: ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Strong ICU experience is essential, with demonstrated ability to titrate drips and care for ventilated patients. Experience with BiPap patients is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: CRRT experience and transplant experience (kidney, pancreas, liver) are preferred.

You will work collaboratively with physicians and team members, demonstrating compassionate care and professionalism. Blue scrubs are required as part of the dress code.

Position Details: 91-day contract starting December 9, 2025. Weekly pay: $1,708.20.
