Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• 4x10-hour day shifts, alternating between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM and 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• On-call required: 10–12 call shifts per month with a 30-minute response time
• Call duration is 12–14 hours and begins at the completion of the shift; if not working the day on call, call begins at 5:00 PM
• Must work 1 winter holiday
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Strong experience with interventional cases (not IR) and STEMI required
• Hands-on TAVR experience required
• EP procedure experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS
• Charting system experience with McKesson preferred
• Preferred equipment experience: Siemens X-Ray System
• Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital is required
• Key skills include: diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, PCI, PTCA, pacemaker insertion, TAVR, cardiac stent placement, right and left heart catheterization, rotablader atherectomy, vascular closure systems, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Preferred skills include: cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, arrhythmia induction, electrophysiology evaluation, left atrial appendage (LAA) closure, conduction studies, baseline measurements, peripheral and upper/lower extremity angiography
