Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• One weekend per month required
• Acute care experience required (not acute inpatient rehab)
• Outpatient experience required
• Neuro/Concussion outpatient experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy required
• New York State licensure or eligible required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
• Administer occupational therapy as prescribed by physicians
• Determine specific treatment goals through patient evaluation and consultation with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
• Complete record keeping and related reports
• Attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences
• Interact with patient families
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• May participate in educational programs for staff
