PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 8-hour flexible day shifts, Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• No weekend or holiday rotation required
• May be placed on low census call; contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• See 8-10 patients per shift in an ortho outpatient setting
• General PT and orthopedic skills required; new graduates welcome
• Pediatric and workers' compensation experience a plus
• Master's Degree required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• NPI number required; candidates without one must begin the application process prior to start
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to work independently, manage tasks in a timely manner, and adapt well to change
