Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work on a 14-bed Inpatient Hold Unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift staffing includes 2 nurses and 1 PCT; night shift staffing includes 2 nurses and 1 PCT
• Alternating weekends and holidays required
• Perform typical unit procedures including IV insertion, lab draws, and Foley catheter insertion
• Work with cardiac monitors, vital sign machines, and IV pumps
• Use Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Float to Med/Surg and IMU as needed
• Scrub color required: Royal Blue
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred; acute care and ICU experience preferred
• Experience in a trauma facility is a plus
• Teamwork mindset is the ideal personality fit for this unit
