Telemetry RN Job in Attleboro, MA

Sturdy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Telemetry unit in Attleboro, MA. This is a travel nursing assignment with a duration of 84 days, starting September 14, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (22:00–07:00) in a 10-bed telemetry observation unit. Your primary focus will be caring for patients being ruled out for certain diagnoses, with typical stays of 24 to 48 hours. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics with varying medical diagnoses and occasional overflow surgical patients. You will maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 and manage telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation independently. No medication drips are administered on this unit.

Schedule and On-Call

Your schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. You are required to be on-call for 5–6 night shifts in a 6-week period. Guaranteed hours are 36 hours for 3x12-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4x12-hour shifts, or 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours. All requested time off must be finalized and submitted at the time of signing; no requests will be added afterward.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts state RN license
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Strong telemetry experience and ability to function autonomously
• Epic or Cerner experience preferred for first-time travelers

Unit Details

You will float within scope to Medical/Surgical Telemetry as needed. Interdisciplinary support is available, including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and transportation. Any color scrubs are acceptable; jean material is not permitted. Free parking is available in unrestricted spaces or in the lot across the street from the hospital.

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,177.28
