Physical Therapist Job in Clovis, NM

You will evaluate and treat patients across multiple settings—inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health—addressing rehabilitation of physical and developmental disorders. Your role includes addressing motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, and gait in patients of varying ages and acuity levels.

You will float between departments and local locations within 20 miles as required. When working in pediatrics, you will evaluate and treat patients from birth to 18 years old. You may float to adult units when pediatric patient census fluctuates, ensuring continuity of care across the facility.

You will coordinate and communicate with various disciplines involved in patient care, promote patient and caregiver self-determination, and optimize resource utilization.

• Schedule: 5x8 Days
• Duration: 180 days
• Start Date: April 20, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,764.08

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
• Current New Mexico PT License
• Two years current experience in specialty
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• At least one year of pediatric PT experience if working in pediatrics
• At least one 13-week previous travel assignment
• BLS certification through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross
• Basic computer skills; EPIC experience preferred
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
