ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment in Newport, OR. You will work 5x8 days at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, with a weekly pay of $2,628. Your start date is June 15, 2026.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Your work will focus on helping patients return to function and community activities through specialized rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide orthopedic rehabilitation services
• Deliver neurological and stroke rehabilitation
• Offer balance and dizziness rehabilitation
• Treat chronic pain using movement-based approaches
• Travel to multiple points of care as needed
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Ability to travel to multiple care locations
• Availability for interviews with preferred contact method for scheduling
