CT Technologist Job in Laredo, TX

Laredo Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 27, 2026. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a 9-bed CT department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Conduct basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Handle studies with or without contrast media
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under direction of radiologist
• Work with Cerner EMR system

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• ARRT certification in CT (required)
• MRT/TMB license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Floating between departments required
• Call coverage required
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, and cross-sectional anatomy
• Reside more than 50 miles from facility

Weekly pay: $1,971. This is a travel position; housing and other travel benefits may be available through ADEX Healthcare Staffing.
