ED - Emergency Room

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• High acuity, fast-paced emergency department environment
• Work every other weekend or alternating weekends and holidays as needed
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Prior travel experience in a Level 1 trauma facility required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Must be proficient with Cerner EMR - prior experience required
• Must be able to handle admission work for boarded patients
• Must pass EKG exam during orientation
• Must have AVADE training and MAB Certification, including skills and hands-on validation for physical de-escalation techniques
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI
• Florida or Compact nursing license must be on file at time of submission
• Adult ER capacity of 121 beds including exam, resuscitation, triage, and fast-track rooms
• Pediatric ER capacity of 30 beds
• Access to full radiology suite onsite including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound
• Access to onsite pharmacy for faster access to critical medications
