Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) on a Telemetry unit at Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This 91-day travel assignment begins May 11, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,021.76.

Role and Responsibilities

• Care for observation patients, those with respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life patients, psychiatric observation cases, diabetes patients, and post-surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Manage IV lines, wound care, and blood product administration
• Perform various medical-surgical procedures as required by your patient assignments
• Maintain a patient ratio of 6:1 across all shifts
• Float to other Cone Health facilities when census is down

Schedule and Requirements

• Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required (first-time travelers are accepted)
• Previous charge RN experience is preferred
• Must pass a mandatory EKG exam during onboarding (two attempts allowed)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC charting system experience required
• 48 hours of orientation provided
