Electrophysiology Technician Job in Davie, FL

HCA Florida University Hospital is seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to join the EP unit on the 2nd floor in Davie, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform electrophysiology studies, including implants and ablations, working in a unit that serves 165 beds with a staff of 4. Your day shift will run 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule, with the potential to start on 5x8-hour shifts depending on unit needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with EP studies and procedures including implants and ablations
• Operate GE Alia equipment during procedures
• Document procedures and patient information using the Meditech system
• Support the electrophysiology team in a high-volume procedural environment

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Allied Health Professional credential
