Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery
• Maintain competency of clinical staff through oversight and guidance
• Manage patient care resources appropriately
• Work at unit level providing comprehensive telemetry nursing services
• Support facility CNO in maintaining nursing care standards
• Navy blue scrubs required for nurses
