PACU RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Fort Mill Hospital – Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: PACU – Post Anesthesia Care
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,332.80

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide unit-level nursing care and supervision
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
• Maintain clinical staff competency and provide ongoing support
• Manage resources appropriately to support patient care delivery

You will work in the post-anesthesia care unit, supporting patients through their recovery from anesthesia and surgery. This role offers the opportunity to practice skilled nursing in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
