NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in the Neonatal ICU department
• 36 hours guaranteed per week; will be scheduled accordingly and only called off within parameters of contract
• Patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 depending on acuity
• Weekend requirement: minimum 2 weekends per each 4-week scheduling period, with preference for 3 of 4 weekends if needed by the unit
• No on-call required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Charting system: Cerner experience required
• May float within Women's Services only on a very rare basis
• Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed but requests will be accommodated when possible
• Tennessee nursing license or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
