Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience required
• Experience in Robotics and Orthopedics required
• BLS certification required
• Scrubs will be provided
• 16 hours of call required per month
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 25 patients across 9 operating rooms
• Candidates will float within hospital, within scope
• Valid Maryland or Compact license required
• Required skills include but are not limited to: Robotics (Da Vinci Xi Surgical System), orthopedic procedures including total hip and knee replacement, spinal fusion, laminectomy/discectomy, laparoscopic assisted cases, general OR procedures, and aseptic technique
