Telemetry RN Job in Wichita, KS

Wesley Medical Center KS is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry on the Neuro Trauma unit (10th floor, Building 4). You will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week at $1,708.20 weekly.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care on a 36-bed unit with approximately 1:6 patient ratio. The night shift team includes 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs, supporting a unit with 70 total staff members. Your responsibilities include administering medication drips, performing bubble studies, and assisting with EEG monitoring using Kangaroo Pumps and the Meditech/CPN EMR system.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH certification preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience at large trauma facilities preferred
