ED RN Job in San Antonio, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position in the Emergency Department (ED) at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. You will work the night shift, 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, three days per week.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to adult patients across the ED
• Assess patients presenting with acute medical conditions and traumatic injuries
• Perform triage, monitor vital signs, and prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, technicians, and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated care
• Respond to high-acuity situations and emergency medical events in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
