Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift with call requirements
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Weekend scheduling to be discussed during interview
• Perform 75-80 echocardiograms per day, mostly portables
• Complete echocardiograms independently
• Operate Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX equipment
• Document using Meditech system
• Float as needed per facility floating policy
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience required
• Must have knowledge of anatomy and disease processes
• Preferred experience with TEE, Stress Echoes, and Vascular procedures
• Meditech experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, and active RCS or RDCS
• Dress code: Sage tops and black bottoms; nails must be clean and healthy; hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; body art should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
