Physical Therapist Job in Baker, MT

Fallon Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position in the outpatient department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Position Overview

• 95% outpatient therapy with 5% long-term care and skilled swing bed services
• Full-time status with potential for contract extension
• Deliver individualized physical therapy programs including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, patient education, and interdisciplinary communication

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans aligned with functional goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to support integrated patient care
• Adapt your approach to fit the facility's community-centered philosophy of mutual support and healing

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapy degree and active state licensure
• Ability to work effectively with patients across diagnoses and functional levels

Compensation & Contract Details

• Weekly pay: $2,920
