<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>SLP - SLP</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide clinical patient care including screenings, evaluations and treatments for speech language pathology<br>• Work with a wide variety of diagnoses, disorders, and age ranges<br>• Document diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, discharge summaries, recommendations, progress reports, daily treatment records, and home programs<br>• Ensure written documentation meets TJC, Medicare, and general professional standards<br>• Utilize time efficiently to meet or exceed departmental standards<br>• Prioritize workload to assist other staff members in overload or emergency situations<br>• Update or develop state-of-the-art evaluation or treatment protocols<br>• Provide educational training to hospital staff and community as requested<br>• Attend 95% of all scheduled departmental, in-service, and team meetings<br>• Orient, supervise, and evaluate practicum students and graduate interns as requested<br>• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program required<br>• Valid Oklahoma State License to practice Speech Language Pathology required<br>• Zero to six months of related experience required<br>• Epic experience preferred<br>• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families<br>• Basic computer knowledge needed for data input and reporting</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive hospital campus providing a full range of medical services to the community.
