RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• On-call requirement: 1 night per week and every 3rd weekend from 7:30 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed
• Must float across all Des Moines campuses to like units as needed
• Minimum 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Structural heart experience required
• EP (Electrophysiology) experience highly preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Preference for scrub experience, strong circulator skills required
• Must be willing to precept as needed
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted)
• EMR system: EPIC
• Skills checklist specific to Cardiac Cath Lab required
• Professional reference from supervisor/manager within 24 months preferred
