Respiratory Therapist Job in Waukesha, WI

You will work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a critical care setting at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital. This is a 26-week travel assignment offering 3x12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation as needed
• Float assignments to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and other units based on census
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Flexibility needed with shift scheduling

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in critical care
• Current RRT or CRT license and Wisconsin RRT licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Associate degree or certificate in respiratory therapy

What You'll Do

You will provide respiratory care in emergency and critical care units, using skills specific to acute patient management. Float assignments will remain within your clinical scope unless approved by the employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
