Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacy Manager

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call requirements, but must be available by phone for issues as this is a management position
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge as defined by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Supervise daily departmental work activities and assigned staff including work schedules and assignments
• Carry out dispensing and clinical functions of pharmacist role
• Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain continuous quality assurance and performance improvement standards
• Manage staff workflows and serve as resource for education, orientation, and standard operating procedures
• Must have California Board of Pharmacy license
• Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association
• 5 years recent pharmacy managerial experience in hospital setting preferred
• Must submit using specific template format to be considered for role
