Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to vary by an hour)
• 13-week contract assignment
• Minimum 1 year of current outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and Physical Therapy license
• California Physical Therapy license required
• Complete Physical Therapist skills checklist required
• Provide one supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services
